Magnetic: The latest innovation in cloud-based CRM and project management software

22 Mar 2013 11:211 comments1 BizLike
Magnetic - an integrated cloud-based system focused on Project Management, Sales CRM and Accounts - has made its impact in the industry following its debut three years ago. Designed to give accurate, real-time insights into how your teams are performing, Magnetic's unique automation technology simplifies and interconnects business procedures. Its total transparency across administrative tiers is what sets it apart, as the need for visibility within organisations has never been more vital to success.

Magnetic Software is steered by three sector experts, namely, Korak Kuhnert - Founder of Magnetic who's managed multiple large-scale tech projects at banks and large corporations, Jan Pickard - Entrepreneur and E-commerce Product Manager previously from the Naspers group and Daniel Marcus - Serial Entrepreneur who built The Poker Room, Living Your Brand and the International IMC Conference series.

What makes this tool the better choice?

Complexity doesn't always mean sophistication. Magnetic's simplicity and functionality is what makes it sophisticated, as well as effective. The easy-to-use interface allows users to navigate comfortably and operate the system timeously. The process of capturing tasks and logging in a day's activities takes just a few minutes, allowing you to improve your time management.

Improved Communication

Most of us would agree that communication is what connects individuals, fostering trust and efficiency within a company. Magnetic is designed to improve the communication within your company by offering absolute transparency and thus accountability for every user.

The founder of Magnetic Software, Korak Kuhnert, took a minute to tell us why he started Magnetic: "In all the years I've been in IT, business systems have been very time-consuming and confusing as staff would have to spend hours capturing tasks into complicated systems. I decided to make a product that would help alleviate this process by designing a format that was user-friendly, automated and collaborative."

Magnetic Software is also a proud sponsor of tothePOINT Small Business Marketing Seminars.

This is a classic case of where the marketing department tells me it's easy-to-use, but the software department can't make that dream come true. While I agree that integrating cloud-based CRM and project management software makes for an easier combination (the guys over at JobNimbus [http://www.jobnimbus.com] have this down completely), just having those together doesn't automatically give software the distinction of "simple".

The term simple has to be earned through sacrifice, testing, hard decisions, and crowd-sourced opinion. This software looks like it was just thrown together based on what these guys thought it should be. I might be wrong, but it certainly doesn't look very easy to use compared to other software out there that does the same things. Posted on 29 Mar 2013 04:45
