Lucy joins RISA from BANKSERV where she was head of marketing and communications for the past three and a half years. Prior to this last position she held a position in marketing in the banking sector. She started her career as a researcher in both quantitative and qualitative research and was an active member of SAMRA for many years.

Lucy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wits University with majors in Industrial Sociology and has completed her Marketing Management Diploma through the Institute of Marketing Management. More recently, she has completed a Senior Management Development Program at the University of Pretoria.
