  1. Customer completes return/exchange request on the website
  2. Once the return / refund / exchange are logged on the website, Superbalist.com checks that it is valid
  3. Courier calls customer to confirm all details and collection time
  4. Customer receives return shipping instructions and waybills from Superbalist.com via email + sms notification of collection
  5. Courier collects
  6. Customer receives email notification once item arrives at the warehouse
  7. QA check conducted at warehouse and then return/exchanges process i.e. refund takes place or new order created.
