Launch Factory is an experiential agency based in Sandton, Johannesburg. We have many years of experience in eventing, branded content and intellectual properties. (Website address: www.launchfactory.co.za)

We have recently been awarded an exciting new campaign by one of our key clients, which will involve activations in each South African province. We will manage Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal and the Western Cape, however we will be procuring teams in the following provinces: Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State, Eastern Cape, Northern Cape and North-West Province.

Activations will take place at malls and outdoor events starting towards the end of September 2012. We are currently looking for dynamic events companies to partner with us. Interested parties should fit the following profile:

• Full BEE Status (100% Black owned). Certification required.
  
• At least five years experience in events and public activations
  
• Be prepared to submit full company credentials
  
• Be prepared to supply at least four secure references with names and contact details
  
• Be VAT registered. Certification required.
  
• Company registration certificate required.
  
• Details of Ownership, Members and Directors (require full list, ID Numbers and Proof of Adress)

2. Activation requirements from selected companies

1. Management of budgets, locations, brand ambassadors etc
   
2. Weekly feedback, photographs and financial reports
   
3. You will be supplied with a detailed Activation Guide which will need to be strictly adhered to.
   
4. Management of all logistics relating to activation.
   
5. Strict maintenance of stand and all internal elements.

3. Other considerations- Activation may be required to fulfil the following:

1. Insurance cover on stand stands and appliances
   
2. Potential licensing and transport management
   
3. Environmental Consideration and Energy Conservation; and
   
4. Adhere to Privacy and campaign-related policies
   
5. Security Considerations
