Livewired Cape Town accepts Women's Day ChallengeIssued by: Livewired CommunicationsThe Livewired Communications Cape Town team participated in the 10km Bonita's Women's Day Challenge, which was held at the Bellville Velodrome.  "I believe that a healthy body houses a healthy mind. I motivate my team to have an active lifestyle as this leads to positive outcomes in all areas in your life. The greatest thing about taking part in such events is that it builds team spirit while supporting local charities," says Nadia Swift, Managing Director, Livewired Communications Cape Town.
