Mashile says his contribution is to make PRISA recognised more as the foremost and leading organisation in the communication and PR management arena by championing change management and transformation.

A chartered PR practitioner with 12 years' experience under his belt, he is currently strategy director at Global Interface, a communication management, PR management and marketing consultancy. He is said to be one of the foremost strategic reputation management practitioners and he brings with him a wealth of expertise, which he shares with colleagues at Global Interface.

Previously, he has been head of corporate affairs at the Industrial Development Corporation South Africa and worked at the Mogale City Municipality, tasked with the responsibility of communication director and mayoral spokesman.
