Calling all BUDS

This project is designed to ensure that new talent within the industry receives the credit due. If like many in the television industry, creativity and raw talent awe you, you will appreciate this event!

If you're a young and underexposed director, submit your work and boast your talent. Long form work should be no longer than three minutes. We'll then edit it into a reel, give it a titled credit and present it at the BUDS event later this year.

Directors have to have worked as directors for a year or less; age is no criteria. Graduated ‘directing' students can join in the fun as they will be selected for their creative work.

Material to be submitted on Beta SP, Digibeta, DVCam or mini DV marked as a BUDS entrant with a copy of your CV and contact details for the attention of Pam Marsh at:
