AT2 and Digi_Cast join forces

AT2 SA and Digi_Cast, both wholly owned South African companies, announce their significant merger. Having serviced the local production industry for over six years, Digi_Cast have developed innovative solutions that allow producers, talent agencies and location agencies to easily collaborate on productions. AT2 is an online talent and casting network, which has a strong international presence operating in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and recently partnering with the Players Directory in the United States.

The latest release of i*magine offers more resources for producers, incorporating video uploads, over 15,000 talent profiles and 2,500 national shooting locations. The solution also allows for seamless integration of an in house image and video database into i*magine's available resources. I*magine now creates one portal for production companies to pitch and manage their productions, whilst providing their clients a visually appealing, collaborative presentation. I*magine has the potential to become the gateway to the South African Film and Fashion industry.

Internationally in 2008, AT2 will link the Players Directory into its casting system. Since 1937, The Players Directory book has served as a bible for Hollywood producers looking for American talent. As of this year, AT2 and the Players Directory online, will showcase South African actors and offer them international opportunities previously unimagined.
