Trigger mailings, when used right, really cut down my email marketing time. I love the techniques presented here to have trigger emails sent to your customers. I setup a system to have triggered emails sent to me as well. Things like if a customer doesn't reply to my email in x amount of time, I'll get a notification saying I need to follow up.
