Stonewall+ assists Vodacom in becoming the voice behind Bafana Bafana

As sponsors and supporters of Bafana Bafana, Vodacom is leading the wave in a drive to get all South Africans behind the national team. Stonewall+, the digital marketing agency, was tasked to create a digital platform that enabled users to pledge their support and reflect the measure of our nation's pride.

The result is a striking microsite, www.voiceofbafanabafana.co.za, which encourages people to join the voice behind Bafana Bafana, and demonstrate their support via messages of goodwill and encouragement.

A live stream of SMS's are visualised as micro-particles that join to form a dynamic vuvuzela and other iconic South African shapes. The constant supply of messages keeps the shape in flux, forever morphing, resizing and reshaping. Each particle reveals the actual SMS message it represents as well as encouraging the sharing of messages via social networks.
