Stonewall on the new “Be Big in Digital” campaign for
Bookmarks '09. The product of which is a fun and successful campaign centred around our inherent desire for 15 minutes of fame, an ode to the celebrated statement by Andy Warhol. Crucial to the campaign is the captivating sound by
Soft Light City.
This year, the 2nd
Bookmarks Awards, will celebrate the brave agencies and publishers who push the boundaries, come up with incredible creative concepts and manage, despite all the odds, to make a difference for advertisers and industry players.
The
Bookmarks aims to benchmark the best in digital media, for both publishers and advertisers, whilst at the same time promote digital as an integral part of the marketing mix.
A literal take on discovering and celebrating the rock stars of the digital space, “Be Big in Digital” allows you to
create a rock star avatar modeled on your own uploaded face. In a world that you couldn't potentially live in reality; try out different hair styles, choose from an array of rock star body types and dress, experiment with makeup and pick your shades - be creative... in digital! Encompassing social media channels, Twitter and Facebook, once complete you are encouraged to share your recently created artwork with friends ingeniously allowing the campaign to go viral.
