Calling in the support...

For the well-known specialist stakeholder agency, VWV Group, we have recently assisted with the Coca-Cola ECABU (East Central Africa Business Unit) Conference held in Mauritius, utilising three separate hotels, and the coordinating of over 160 people from all around the continent of Africa, which entailed the full spectrum of services Call-It IT offers. Invitations were e-mailed to delegates and the online RSVP process was managed to synchronise flights, accommodation and transfers for everyone attending. In the background, whilst the parties were in full swing, room drops were carried out which was a welcome surprise for guests when they got back later that evening.

Call-It IT ensured the logistics ran smoothly for the three days of the conference and by all accounts ensured that the theme of “Winning Together” was true to life from start to finish!

The Coca-Cola SA Bottlers Conference held in Zambia is another case in point. Held at the Royal Livingstone and Zambezi Sun complex, Call-It IT worked in conjunction with the VWV Group to once again assist with making their event exceed client expectations.
