Finishing off 2013 in style, Gloo was once again winner of the (recently renamed) Sizmek Floating Trophy - awarded for the best creative served in a particular quarter.
Their Biplane ad incorporated an emotional call to action in their highly successful ad. Once users engaged with the banner, a classic biplane flew from the confines of a half-page unit and zoomed around the publisher's page, all tying in to the concept that the actions of today can shape tomorrow's legacy by letting one's dreams take flight. All in all this was certainly eye-catching, engaging and on point with regards to brand message.
Behind this engaging Expandable Banner is a full list of metrics that provide greater insight for media planners and, ultimately, the client. Metrics such as Dwell Time
and Expansion Rate
ultimately allow for more comprehensive analysis and tighter strategy.
