Top B2B blogger in live webinar

Issued by: TABPI
The TABPI South African Editor's Chapter will be hosting a live webinar with top American business-to-business media blogger, Paul Conley, next week.
TABPI South Africa (Trade, Association and Business Publications International), is inviting all interested parties in B2B media to attend the webinar at NOW Media's offices in Illovo, Johannesburg, on Monday, 17 November at 5.30pm.

Paul Conley (http://paulconley.blogspot.com/) describes his blog as being for those who “toil in the most specialised, and perhaps the least glamorous, area in the press - trade journalism”. He takes what he has learned in the mainstream media environment and shares it with the editorial staff of trade magazines, B2B newsletters, websites and nonprofit agencies.

For his South African webinar, Conley will address, amongst other topics, the global financial crisis impact on B2B publishers, as well as the need for B2B to embrace digital editions. Participants will be able to ask questions during the webinar (online seminar).

Conley has held senior positions at Knight-Ridder, CNN, Primedia/Prism and Bloomberg. He serves on the professional advisory boards of College Media Advisers, the national group that works with student journalists, and Northwest Missouri State University's Mass Communications program. His clients include Primedia/Prism, Reed Business, About.com and IDG.

Places are limited, so book now for this free webinar with TABPI SA joint co-ordinators, Louise Marsland: louise@bizcommunity.com; or Natalia Thomson: nataliat@nowmedia.co.za, to confirm your seat and the address details will be forwarded to you.
