Déjà vu: SABC suspends Mpofu, court overrules... again

NEWSWATCH: The circus continues at the SABC... The Johannesburg High Court has today, Monday 2 June 2008, denied the SABC board's leave to appeal against the recent court ruling reinstating SABC group CEO Dali Mpofu, reports various media. The board suspended Mpofu for the second time yesterday but he defied it by coming in to work today.
