The media press conference, scheduled for 1pm on Friday, 5 March 2010, will be streamed live on FIFA.com and, roughly 90 minutes after the conference, VNR material will be made available for editorial usage for broadcasters via satellite feed.
The press conference will feature FIFA president Joseph S. Blatter, FIFA secretary general Jérôme Valcke, Organising Committee CEO Danny Jordaan, and representatives of both the South African police and other 31 participating countries who will present findings from the 2010 FIFA World Cup security workshop held on 4-5 March at FIFA in Zurich. Some of the representatives will be available for one-on-one interviews following the press conference.
