Instead of using nature's blooms, designers, artists, ceramists, origami experts and textile designers are encouraged to submit ideas for floral fantasies made from non-floral materials; paper to porcelain, wool to wire and any medium in-between.
Successful entrants will be notified on Wednesday 16 September, giving them ample time to create their magic gardens.
Judges will award R1000 and a stay at the Airstream Park to the winning garden, with a R1000 audience choice award going to the biggest crowd pleaser.
The display will be open to the public 8 -11 October, during the daytime. Visitors to exhibition will be asked to donate R10 to the Feed me Daddy programme, which assists an impoverished community in the Transkei.
Email all queries and submissions to or call tel +27 (0)21 447 3198.
