Property24.com, one of South Africa's leading property portals, recently began airing its first-ever TV campaign, created by FoxP2. Based on the idea that Property24.com will help people find their perfect home, the ads feature estate agents and prospective buyers viewing properties with unusual features, which end up catching the buyers - and the viewers - by surprise.
Within the first month of airing, the three ads have already shown impressive results, generating a significant increase in direct visits to the website, Google searches and brand SEM.

Directed by Peter Pohorsky of Plank Films, the ads were conceptualised by FoxP2 creatives, Ryan Barkhuizen and Simon Lotze.
