Gold, Silver, Bronze trophies for Integrated Lions

From this year, Gold, Silver and Bronze Integrated Lions will be awarded for the first time, replacing the Integrated Lion trophy in the 56th Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. The deadlines across all 11 entry sections have also been extended until Thursday, 9 April 2009.

The Titanium Lions and Titanium Grand Prix trophies remain unchanged. Meanwhile, the Titanium Lions and Integrated Lions Jury members have been announced.

Chaired by David Droga, founder and creative chairman of Droga5, the Titanium and Integrated Lions jury will judge and award both integrated campaigns, as well as looking to honour breakthrough ideas that challenge current forms of advertising and communication.

"This exciting category is all about pushing boundaries. To take this task onboard we have a fantastic group of visionaries and influential industry leaders who understand the importance of taking the world's advertising and communications to new heights," commented Terry Savage, chairman of the festival.

  • Mark Cridge, CEO, glue London, UK
  • Susan Hoffman, executive creative director/partner, Wieden + Kennedy, US
  • Rich Silverstein, co-chairman, partner, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, US

Judging will take place in Cannes during the festival week, with the winners being announced on Saturday evening, 27 June.
