Musica's eye-catching street pole ads
Issued by: The Jupiter Drawing Room

Musica and The Jupiter Drawing Room (Cape Town) have embarked on an exciting venture to create memorable street pole advertising that provokes and entertains whilst creating awareness for Musica's TV series box sets.

Their latest offering is for the CSI TV series. The creative team of Kim McDonald and Nick Gordon have cleverly used the street pole medium by depicting giant ‘evidence bags' in succession. The first evidence bag contains a piece of rope, the second: a red stiletto whilst the third bag has a mallet in it. These items were purposely chosen because of their familiarity as murder-scene objects from various who-dunnit movies and shows. The fourth pole ties it all up by depicting the CSI box set. The street poles ads are situated on Jan Smuts Avenue and Katherine Street for the month of May.

“It's exciting to see creatives realise the potential of the street pole medium,” says Creative Director, Livio Tronchin. “It's sure to stand out and capture the attention.”
