When legendary ad man Neil French founded the World Press Awards last year he claimed in his promotional material “we have a small jury made up of only the best in the world”.
On the Terrace at Raffles, looking the part, The Jupiter Drawing Room’s Graham Warsop sits next to Neil French, legendary ad man and founder of the World Press Awards. Local ad man Graham Warsop from The Jupiter Drawing Room (SA) was the privileged recipient of an invitation to sit on the inaugural jury in 2007.
In 2008 Warsop returned to Singapore to judge the World Press Awards again.
French's jury was flown first-class from around the world and put up in Raffles Hotel, Singapore for the duration of the judging of the show.
The World Press Awards focuses purely on advertising executed in the newspaper and magazine medium.
