As Pollen explodes even further into the content market and begins to take the international market by storm; with drama, animation and some hip new factual series' all set for global distribution on this year's agenda; it's time to welcome some new blood into the fold. And with that, we're very proud to announce our newest family member Rory Mark.

With a wealth of local and international experience it was a no-brainer that Rory should come on board as Pollen's CGI & VFX director - having completed outsourced work for US Studio's Method & Brickyard Vfx, he is also no stranger to working on productions that cross-continents, and his range, experience and vast skills in studio and onset with CGI and VFX supervision make Rory the perfect fit for our growing team.
Having worked with an array of - if not all - the digital studios in South Africa, Rory went to wet his whistle in London where his success was continued at Glassworks.
Rory's experience spans big brand commercials for the likes of Coca-Cola, Nestle and Kelloggs. But not limited to commercial work Rory's work shined in South Africa's 2010 FIFA World Cup closing ceremony, in films such as Free Willy 4, Tangshan, The Adventures of Toby and most recently and most notably for onset assistance in Johannesburg for Marvel's next big instalment.
We're delighted to welcome Rory aboard and look forward to getting stuck in to this years exciting line up.
