The judging panel for the 2016 Loeries' Print & Outdoor category has been announced, with Jimmy Smith, chairman, CEO and CCO at Amusement Park Entertainment as Jury President, with Clement Omemu of Lagos serving as regional judge and the rest of the judging panel comprising 10 local judges
