The Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Public Service Commission Bargaining Council (PSCBC) have appointed Midrand based PR Agency, Britespark Communications to organize, manage and ensure the efficient running of their first joint International Biennial Conference to be held in Johannesburg from 26th to 28th March 2007.

The conference, which aims to harmonise labour relations in the public service, will bring together local, regional and international labour relations stakeholders in an effort to stimulate dialogue around pertinent labour-related issues.

Britespark Communications was established in 2002 and has over the years built a client base which includes the Businesswomen's Association (BWA), the Department of Science & Technology, Unisa School of Business Leadership, Nedbank, Drum the film, Nissan South Africa, ACSA and the Limpopo Tourism & Parks Board, to name a few.
