"This new partnership with Associated Magazines will reinforce the strength of Marie Claire South Africa." says Laurence Hembert, International Executive Director of the Marie Claire Group, "Just like the Marie Claire Group in France, Associated Magazines is well-known for the quality of its upmarket women titles and we very much believe in the opportunities for synergy their stable of magazines will offer to Marie Claire. There are now 25 international editions of Marie Claire published all around the world in 14 different languages which reach 15 million women each month."

"We are proud and happy to add another great brand to our line-up of top women's titles," says Jane Raphaely, CEO of Associated Magazines. "Marie Claire fits perfectly alongside Femina and the inimitable 0, and Cosmopolitan which also commands a unique place in the South African market. Marie Claire is a strong and popular brand on the market and we are committed to growing and developing it.
