Submarine cable to connect Tunisia to Europe

WIOCC's European cable repaired
Repairs to the submarine cable delivering most of WIOCC's connectivity to Europe were completed on 17 April 2013 and WIOCC customer traffic is currently being migrated back to its original routing.
